- 1¼ oz Broker’s Gin
- ¼ oz simple syrup
- ¼ oz yellow Chartreuse
- ½ oz Silver Oak Napa red wine
- 1 oz St Germain
- ¼ oz Aperol
Method
Combine Broker’s Gin, yellow Chartreuse, St Germain and simple syrup in a Boston shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute. Float Aperol. Add Silver Oak Napa. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
