  • 2oz Broker’s London Dry Gin
  • Handful of coriander leaves (cilantro)
  • ½ oz sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes of Dandelion & Burdock bitters
  • 1 pipette of Cardamom bitters
  • A garnish of coriander leaves

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a julep tin with crushed ice and churn to mix everything together. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with the coriander leaves and serve.
