- 2oz Broker’s London Dry Gin
- Handful of coriander leaves (cilantro)
- ½ oz sugar syrup
- 2 dashes of Dandelion & Burdock bitters
- 1 pipette of Cardamom bitters
- A garnish of coriander leaves
Mix all the ingredients together in a julep tin with crushed ice and churn to mix everything together. Top with more crushed ice and garnish with the coriander leaves and serve.
